October 2019 – Americana Outdoors E-Magazine
Fall is one of our favorite times of the year. We begin to see the fruits of all our labors from the Spring and Summer starting to pay off at our deer leases. The heat of Summer is slowly fading away. Cooler temperatures are now leading to the big schools of bull reds showing up and the bass starting to bite shallow again.
Since early September, we’ve covered a lot of ground. Bow hunts in Kentucky, muzzleloader hunts in Kansas and handgun hunts in Texas along with a mix of other hunts elsewhere are already in the books. We’ve also been to several great fishing events as we wrapped up the 2019 National Walleye Tour Championship at Devils Lake, North Dakota as well as the IFA Redfish Tour Championships over in Louisiana. On the college fishing front, the 2019-20 season is well underway with events on Kentucky Lake already completed and one just ahead on Lake Dardanelle.
Whew and Fall is just now kicking off! Still ahead are several great trips with friends and partners as we head into the field, as well as catch some awesome fishing, too.
This E-Magazine is loaded with lots of exciting new products from some of the best in the industry – I hope you enjoy this edition as much as we’ve enjoyed putting everything to test!
