Cabela’s Deer Gear TV – New Items in 2019 for Deer Hunting
Featured in this episode of Cabela’s Deer Gear TV we introduce you to some new products from ConQuest Scents. Then, we will go in-depth with Tony Miele from Performance Center and Danielle Sanville from Thompson Center about some new firearms. We will also talk about a supplemental food program that Wade Middleton likes to do using Record Rack as his choice of deer feed.
During hunting season, we want to have a smooth and successful hunt. ConQuest Scents has made this possible by coming out with their new Scent Fire Unit. This will allow the scent of bedding grounds to be dispersed through the air without having to mark several areas. What’s even better with this product is that it works with a remote and can be controlled from up to 40ft away. So, if you want to have one set up near your hunting area, but not have it go off right away. You can wait for the right time to set it off. Moving down the line of new hunting products for this year, Performance Center and Thompson Center came together to give you the new T/CR22.
The T/CR22 is a long-range rifle that will make your hunting experience a breeze this hunting season. If you want to learn more about this new rifle visit them on their website at smith-wesson.com/pc or tcarms.com/. Last but not least, Wade discusses his likes about creating a food plot on his property and the benefits that come along with it. Having your own land you use to hunt, you’d want to have the deer keep coming back and stay on your property. In order to do that, Wade created a food supplemental program using Record Rack Feed. This will not only keep the wild game there but will give them all the nutrients they need giving him and fellow hunters nice and healthy bucks to choose from. If this sounds like something of interest to you, be sure to check with your local hunting laws and regulations. Tune into this episode to learn more of the new 2019 hunting products!

Bass Pro Shops Fisherman’s Handbook – Big Water & Little Boats
On this episode, Wade Middleton and Jeff Kriet are fishing in Oklahoma on a body of water they grew up fishing as kids. It’s a smaller lake with horsepower restrictions, so the pair are not in their normal boats and will instead be fishing out of an aluminum Ranger Boat powered by a 25 hp Yamaha engine. With the bass up shallow preparing to spawn Wade and Jeff are flipping soft plastics to shallow cover in search of these fish.
Going back down memory lane, the two are back at the Ardmore Lake Club having some friendly competition. While they are out here fishing they talk about their childhood growing up in the area and going to this lake together as kids to fish. This lake never seems to fail on the size of fish it delivers, as Jeff mentions, almost each one is a decent sized fish even to this day. Though, weather conditions are not sunny skies, sometimes this cloudy, and rainy weather is the best time to go fishing to get some bites. Be sure to tune into this episode to see how this friendly competition plays out.
